WELLS, David T. - Putnam

David T. Wells, member of the New Winchester Christian Church, died, July 19, in the Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, where he was taken after suffering a cerebral hemorrhage, July3.

A carpenter by trade. He was born Feb 28, 1883 in Kentucky. He was the son of Flem and Alice (Boaz) Wells. He married the former Cecil Davis, July 15, 1907, who survives.

Funeral services were July 22 from the Conkle Funeral Home with burial in the Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.

Surviving with his widow are three sons, Ralph and James Wells, Indianapolis; Floyd Wells, Franklin; five daughters, Waneta Wells, at home; Mrs. Janice Neece, Mre Marian Terry, Mrs. Anna Trusty, Mrs. Maxine Wilson, all of Indianapolis; two sisters, Mrs. Julia Wells Wheeler, formerly of Danville now residing in Plainfield, and Mary Evans, Fillmore; three brothers, Arthur Wells, Long Beach Calif., and John Wells, Tucson Ariz., and Lee Wells, Fillmore.
